We are happy to have you as a guest in our hotel.

Our Purpose is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Please find attached some informations that may be useful during stay.
Please note in advance that there is a complete smoking ban throughout the hotel and in particular in all rooms of the hotel. The smoking ban covers standard cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars and E-cigarettes. All areas and rooms are connected to a central fire alarm system via smoke detectors. In the event of a fire alarm triggered by the prohibited use of cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars or E-cigarettes the costs directly incurred as a result, such as the fire service operations or the subsequent costs for restoring the operability of the fire alarm system, shall be borne solely by the guest, to the extent that the guest has culpably triggered the fire alarm

Adapter/Extension Cables:
You can get a travel plug, analog adapter, extension cable or charging cable at reception.

Auto Repair:
Our receptionist will be glad to assist you to find a good service station.

Baby Beds:
A baby bed is available. Please contact the front desk.
This service is free of charge.

Babysitter:
We can arrange a babysitter for you. Please contact the reception.

Bank:
A savings bank with an EC ATM/open 24 hours can be found at the end of Sparkassenstraße about 200 meters away.

Bathrobe & Slippers:
Bathrobes and slippers are available at the reception desk, Tel. no. 0

Bathroom stool:
If you wish, we will be happy to provide you with a bathroom stool free of charge. Please contact reception.

Bed linen:
On request we change the sheets daily. Please be so kind and tell us. Otherwise the laundry is changed every two days automatically. All our bed linen are allergically.

Blanket:
Additional (woolen) blankets are available by request.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served every day from 7.00 am till 10.00 am in the restaurant.

Business Center:
You can use our business center with free internet access and a printer at the first floor.

Cab/Taxi:
Our receptionist will be glad to order a cab for you.

Car Rental:
For car-rental and taxi information please ask the reception desk, Tel. no. 0

Change of linen:
Please contact the reception if you wish a daily change of your sheets and towels until 2.00 pm.

Check out Time:
Please check out by 11.00 am on your day of departure.
If you intend to check out later, please contact the reception desk.
You can leave your luggage free of charge on the day of departure. Please contact our reception desk staff for luggage service and storage. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Children:
Children up to 6 years can sleep free of charge in the parent´s bed. If an extra bed is required we will charge for it. The exact prices are available at the reception.

Cigarettes:
A cigarette machine is located in the ground floor. Ashtrays are provided outside in front of the hotel.

Cosmetic Products:
For complimentary hygienic and cosmetic products please contact the frontdesk (for example: towels, bathrobes, non-returnable shaver, shower caps, oral hygiene). This service is available 24h.

Credit Cards:

The log-in codes for accessing the internet via wireless network from your room or lobby area will be given to you at the reception free of charge (one free logon per room).

Hotelreservation:
Take the opportunity to book your next stay in our house at the reception. Of course you can book your next stay as well at the relevant websites on the internet.

In Case of Fire:

• Please do not use the elevator.
• Keep the windows and doors shut.
• Read the emergency plan.
• Leave the hotel immediately by using the designated staircase or emergency exit.
• Fire extinguishers are located on every floor.
• The green emergency exit sign indicates the nearest exit.

Internet:
All rooms offer high speed internet. Wi-Fi is available in the whole building.

Internet Counter:
Feel free to use the web corner in the first floor. The service is free of charge.

Iron/Ironing Board:
Please contact the reception desk. This service is available 24h.

Iron service:
We can iron your laundry with extra charge. The return takes place within one hour.

Laundry:
Laundry which is delivered before 9.00 am to reception will be returned until evening same day. You can find a laundry bag in your wardrobe.

Lost Property:
In case you find property please hand it over to our staff at the reception. If you have lost property please contact the reception immediately.

Luggage:
If you require assistance with your luggage or wish to temporarily keep it in the hotel, please contact the reception desk. This service is available 24h. The hotel does not guarantee for lost or stolen items.

Every room is appointed with a minibar. The price can be found in the price list.

Newspapers:
Newspapers are available in the lobby.

Parking:
Car parking is available for a special rate in the nearby ″Parkhaus am Hofbräuhaus″ (5 minute walking distance).

Payment:
Please pay your bill at the reception. Accounts can be settled in cash, via EC-Card as well as Mastercard, Visa, JCB and American Express.

Pets:
Pets are always welcomed. They are charged separately. However when you decide to bring your pet with you, please consider other guests.

Pharmacy:
Please ask at the reception desk. It is in a 3 minute walk.

Photocopies/Scanner:
Copy-, scanner- and facsimile is available 24 hours at the reception desk. Our staff at a reception will be happy to assist you.
The price of one photo copy is 0,30 € per unit.

Pillows:
Different pillows (organic millet pillow, organic spelled pillow, bolster, ergonomic pillow) stand for you to the selection. These can be ordered at the reception.

Please Do Not Disturb:
Please use the label you will find in your room, if you don’t want to be disturbed.

Postal and Express Service:
You can leave your mail and parcels at the reception desk. Incoming mail will be held for you at the reception desk.

Postcards are available at the reception desk.

There is a privately operated restaurant adjacent open daily from
Monday to Friday 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm and from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
On Saturday from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Sunday closed.

Restaurant reservations:
The reception desk will be pleased to reserve a table for you in any restaurant you wish. Dial 0.

Our reception staff is at your service 24 hours a day.

We offer a room service on 15 hours per day:
Breakfast 7.00 am to 10.00 am
Restaurant 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm
Restaurant 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Safe:
You will find a safe box in your room (free of charge).
We offer a safe box also at the reception desk (free of charge).
It is advised not to leave valuables in your room, but rather to place them in the provided safe.

Sewing Service:
You find a sewing set in your wardrobe. Sewing service is available on request. Please contact reception.

Shavers:
The reception staff will be glad to provide you with a complimentary shaving kit.

Shoeshine Service:
Our reception staff will provide you with shoe cleaning kits at your request. You can also find a shoe polishing machine at the basement.

Sightseeing Tours:
The staff at the reception desk would be delighted to assist you in arranging tours and excursions.

The nearest underground and metro station is 500 meters away. You can reach Marienplatz on foot in 5 minutes. To get to the main station you will need a taxi (15 minutes).

Long distance calls can be make directly dialing ″#″ for an outside line. For room-to-room-calls just dial the room number.

Towel:
We gladly change your towels if necessary also daily. Please put the towels for this on the ground.
